Well since we lost Obito we are in need of a 5th council member. Ofcourse for when votes are made for the guild someone to break the tie is needed. The candidates will go through a few things before one is chosen. The first one will be a small pvp event between the candidates. The second will be a interview. The final thing will be a vote, 3 existing council members will vote for the 5th council member. It will only help his chance to become apart of the council.
The pvp event has the purpose of not having a failed officer.
The interview is to see who qualifies for the part.
The vote will be based on both those things.
After thats all been done Itachi will make his decision.
